Not ready to part with your gear? Our in-house technicians service and repair wheel bases, pedals, and rigs — worn load cells, noisy belts, failing electronics, through to full teardowns and rebuilds.

The same bench that refurbishes our certified stock works on customer equipment.
Often the cheapest route back to like-new feel, well short of replacement cost.
If a repair isn't economical, we'll say so and quote a trade-in instead.
Diagnostics carried out before any work is authorised.

02 — Grading

Trade‑In Grading Guidelines

Trade-in credit is based on equipment grade. Full condition definitions for every tier are below.

Grade 5+ Internal Trade‑In

Equipment in Grade 5 condition, owned for less than one year, and originally purchased from Axon Driver Solutions. Trade in toward your next upgrade and receive full invoice credit.

Like-new condition with full functionality and minimal signs of use. Must be the current model and purchased within the last 2 years to qualify.

Excellent condition with only light cosmetic wear and no functional issues. Must be the current model and purchased within the last 2 years to qualify.

Grade 3

Good working condition with visible wear from regular use, but fully functional. Discontinued or previous-generation models are graded at this tier or below, regardless of condition.

Grade 2

Fair condition with heavy wear, cosmetic damage, or missing accessories. Equipment remains usable but shows significant signs of its service life.

04 — The Fine Print

Terms & Conditions

The conditions that apply to each of the four ways to use the program.

01 Trade‑In

Trade-in credit is applied directly against a new purchase at the point of sale.
Final trade-in value is determined upon inspection. The grading guidelines above are indicative until equipment is assessed in person.
Up to 100% of the original invoice price applies only to Grade 5+ equipment: Grade 5 condition, owned for less than one year, and originally purchased from Axon Driver Solutions.
Grade 5+ and Grade 5 are valued against original invoice price. Grades 4 through 1 are valued against the manufacturer's latest MSRP.
Grade 5 and Grade 4 must be the current model and purchased within the last 2 years to qualify.
Discontinued or previous-generation models are graded at Grade 3 or below, regardless of condition.
Partial trade-in credit cannot currently be paid out due to the buyback program's delay.

02 Buyback Coming Soon

Buyback is currently in development and is not yet accepting submissions. The terms below will apply once the program is live.
Buyback is an outright cash purchase of your equipment by Axon Driver Solutions.
Pricing is tied directly to the published grading guidelines above — the same scale used for trade-in.
Equipment must be inspected and graded in person before an offer is made.
Inspection and offer are typically completed in a single visit.
Refurbishment is carried out by Axon after purchase, so cosmetic wear does not disqualify equipment.

03 Repair

Diagnostics are carried out before any work is authorised. No repair proceeds without your approval.
Servicing covers wheel bases, pedals, and rigs — including worn load cells, noisy belts, failing electronics, and full teardowns or rebuilds.
All work is performed in-house, on the same bench used to refurbish our certified stock.
If a repair is not economical, we will advise you and quote a trade-in instead.
Repair quotations are estimates until the unit has been opened and assessed.

04 Certified Used Marketplace

7-day full return. Certified used purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup for a full refund.
Returned equipment must be in the same condition and grade as supplied, with all included accessories.
Every unit is inspected, repaired where needed, graded, and tested as working before it is listed.
Each listing states its grade openly. Grades reflect condition at the time of listing.
Grading is carried out by the same technicians who service the equipment.
Stock rotates continuously as equipment comes through the bench; listings are subject to availability.
