Buying a wheelbase shouldn't feel final. Picked the wrong one? Exchange it at full credit within 30 days. Here's exactly where you stand — whether that's a change of mind or a genuine fault.
Exchange any purchase within 30 days of receiving it, at full credit toward whatever you swap to. No value lost for buying the wrong thing first — which matters, because the only way to really know whether a wheelbase suits you is to drive it. Put it toward a bigger base, different pedals, or a wheel that actually fits your hands.
If you'd rather have your money back than exchange, refunds are accepted within the same 30 days. Items need to come back in new, unused condition with the original box, packaging and tags. A 10% restocking fee applies to unopened returns and 25% to opened ones, and return shipping to our Greater Vancouver warehouse is the buyer's. Refunds are processed once we've inspected the item, usually within 24 hours of it arriving.
Gear that's been out of the box isn't normally returnable — but lightly used MOZA equipment may still be eligible, subject to assessment by our staff. Worth a conversation rather than an assumption. Better still, come and drive the thing in Richmond before you commit.
Anything Axon manufactures is covered directly by us. After inspection, replacement parts ship at no cost within the warranty period. Keep your original sales receipt — it's required. Gear bought second-hand from a third party isn't eligible.
MOZA, Heusinkveld, D‑BOX and the rest carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we handle the claim for you rather than leaving you to an overseas ticket queue. Expect 4–8 weeks, and note that manufacturer cover excludes normal wear and accidental damage.
Start with MOZA's support site for software and firmware issues — most things are solved there. For minor hardware faults, send it to us and we can often repair it in Richmond (shipping and labour extra). Genuine manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced at no cost, subject to MOZA's approval. Damage caused by misuse isn't covered.

Upgrading? Put the value of your current equipment straight toward the next setup. Gear bought from Axon in the last year, still in Grade 5 condition, trades back at up to 100% of its invoice price.
Everything else is graded on our published scale and valued against current MSRP — so you know the number before you commit to anything. Bring it to Richmond and we'll assess it with you.
