Buying a wheelbase shouldn't feel final. Picked the wrong one? Exchange it at full credit within 30 days. Here's exactly where you stand — whether that's a change of mind or a genuine fault.
Exchange any purchase within 30 days of receiving it, at full credit toward whatever you swap to. No value lost for buying the wrong thing first — which matters, because the only way to really know whether a wheelbase suits you is to drive it. Put it toward a bigger base, different pedals, or a wheel that actually fits your hands.
If you'd rather have your money back than exchange, refunds are accepted within the same 30 days. Items need to come back in new, unused condition with the original box, packaging and tags. A 10% restocking fee applies to unopened returns and 25% to opened ones, and return shipping to our Greater Vancouver warehouse is the buyer's. Refunds are processed once we've inspected the item, usually within 24 hours of it arriving.
Gear that's been out of the box isn't normally returnable — but lightly used MOZA equipment may still be eligible, subject to assessment by our staff. Worth a conversation rather than an assumption. Better still, come and drive the thing in Richmond before you commit.
Anything Axon manufactures is covered directly by us. After inspection, replacement parts ship at no cost within the warranty period. Keep your original sales receipt — it's required. Gear bought second-hand from a third party isn't eligible.
MOZA, Heusinkveld, D‑BOX and the rest carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we handle the claim for you rather than leaving you to an overseas ticket queue. Expect 4–8 weeks, and note that manufacturer cover excludes normal wear and accidental damage.
Start with MOZA's support site for software and firmware issues — most things are solved there. For minor hardware faults, send it to us and we can often repair it in Richmond (shipping and labour extra). Genuine manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced at no cost, subject to MOZA's approval. Damage caused by misuse isn't covered.

Upgrading? Put the value of your current equipment straight toward the next setup. Gear bought from Axon in the last year, still in Grade 5 condition, trades back at up to 100% of its invoice price.
Everything else is graded on our published scale and valued against current MSRP — so you know the number before you commit to anything. Bring it to Richmond and we'll assess it with you.
A real sim centre in Richmond, BC. You can see the gear, feel the pedals and drive a full rig before you spend a dollar. No cross‑border shipping, no customs surprises, no three‑week wait for a box from overseas — and if something goes wrong, you talk to a person here.
Sim racing is the only thing we do. We'll tell you which base actually suits your desk, which pedals will change your lap times, and where your money is better left in your pocket. That's a different conversation than a spec sheet on a marketplace listing.
Not just in the sim — our team competes in real motorsport, from track days through to GT3. Every recommendation comes from someone who knows how the real car behaves and has put laps on this hardware, not from a supplier's marketing deck.
Buying sim racing gear online is a lot of money spent on a guess. Here's what changes when there's a real shop, and real drivers, behind the order.
Book a seat and drive the exact hardware you're considering. Force feedback strength, pedal pressure and wheel size are things you feel, not things you read. Ten minutes in the seat tells you more than a week of reviews.
Mounting, firmware, force feedback settings and game profiles — we'll help you get it right. Most people never get near the potential of the gear they already own because it was never dialled in.
Warranty and service handled locally by the people who sold it to you. No overseas ticket queue, no shipping your base across an ocean and hoping it comes back.
Bases, wheels, pedals, mounts and cockpits have to physically and electronically fit together. We'll make sure the parts you order work as one rig — and tell you what you don't need yet.
